It has maintained the original external and internal characteristics with very comfortable modern conveniences.

The Inn is comprised of 10 rooms, all decorated with distinctive colours and décor (every room has its own name and different colour scheme). The bathrooms, rooms, private breakfast rooms, as well as the entrance and the living room are all elegant and comfortable. Every room is equipped with heating, air conditioning, satellite TV and elegant bath with shower. A large comfortable and pleasant garden area surrounds the outside. The service is excellent and its most characteristic quality is to offer family stays.

The homestead is in the city of Foiano,situated in the heart of the charming Chiana Valley, which unites wonderful hilly areas to a plain. The Inn is in a convenient geographical position since from nearby Foiano many other major cities of historical and artistical value can be easily reached such as Florence, Siena, Perugia, Arezzo, Cortona, Assisi, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, Lake Trasimeno, the thermal springs of S. Casciano dei Bagni and Bagno Vignone, Lucignano, etc. They are cities, which offer history, art, ambience, culture and gastronomy.
